FOG
Hello there folks, and welcome to the FOG page!
Friends of God, or FOG as we're usually known, meets every Sunday morning during the worship service at 11:30am. It is a chance for all children and young people aged between 3 and 18 to come out to play and learn more about God and His son Jesus Christ and to understand what they teach us in the Bible.
This year at FOG, we are attempting to read through the WHOLE Bible - it will be a challenge, but I think we can do it. Every Sunday morning, we hear different stories about important people in the Bible. But we don't just hear the stories; we act them out, we sing about them, we re-tell them using puppets, we play games relating to the stories and we do crafts that we can take home to help us remember the stories! Doesn't that sound like a lot of fun? If this sounds like something you would love to do, then come along and join us - you can bring your parents too!
Not only do we do fun things on Sunday mornings, we also get the opportunity to hang out at other times during the year. There are various charity fundraisers and church events that we take part in, and special services just for us in June and December!
There are also some crazy teachers and leaders in FOG that love to join in the fun. They are:
- Mary Campbell
- Tracey Clarke
- Lisa Collins
- Caroline Hamilton
- Claire Livingstone
- Suzanne Livingstone
- Jenny Murray
- Adrienne Stanley
So why don't you come and join us? We would LOVE to see you! If you need any more information, please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail:
