The Friendly Club

It is what it says on the label - friendly !!

This lunch club was set up a number of years ago to cater for people both inside and outside of our church who may be on their own and in need of a bit of company and a warming lunch.

The club meets fortnightly on Wednesdays and transport is provided. Lunch is served at 1:00pm followed by an informal programme.

Lunch normally consist of hearty home-made soups served with bread and then tea or coffee with something sweet on the side.

Last years programme was varied and included a ‘getting to know you session’ with Peter and Åsa (our minister and his wife), a sing along session, reminiscing trough the centuries, an Easter reflection and much more.

It is a great place to meet up and make new friends. All are warmly welcome!
